Work Up an Appetite on the Slopes

Dining: Taste and Tradition

Valmalenco Bernina Ski Resort has a range of dining options, from those easily accessible on foot to refuges hidden away on the more advanced slopes. Whether you’re in need of a quick bite or want to sit down and take your time over local specialities such as sciatt, pizzoccheri, polenta and tagliata grills – we cater for everybody!

Bar Snow Food (mobile)

The old Funivia Alpe Palù cable car has been converted into a bar that serves takeaway food and beverages. After years of faithful service transporting skiers, last year the old gondola was converted into a bar on the slopes, offering tasty curly fries and panini designed especially for you by a renowned chef. Bar Snow Food also serves hot and cold beverages for a delicious breakfast or aperitivo on the snow. This year on the slopes there will be a second gondola bar that will add even more to your chairlift experience. Watch this space!
